1. Place your order and choose frame, style, and any additional add ons.
2. You will receive instructions for how to safely send your flowers or drop them off.
3. Once received, they will be pressed for 4-8 weeks depending on the flowers and shop order volumes.
4. They are removed from the press, reassembled, and color corrected to avoid fading over time.
5. A design will be created and glued into your chosen frame.
6. Your frame will be carefully packaged for shipping back to you or a pickup will be arranged if local.

You have the option of dropping off the florals in person by meeting us in Sioux Falls, SD, or shipping them directly to us. If you would like to drop off the florals in person, please note that in your ordering process to avoid any shipping costs at checkout. We generally require 3-6 months to complete the pressing process, but this depends on fluctuations in order volumes and the complexity of the project you have in mind.

We recommend shipping your florals to us as soon as possible because it helps preserve plant structure and color during the pressing process.

Orders can be cancelled 48 hours after placing them.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. We will do everything we can to fix and repair your art.

Once you place an order with us, you have up to 48 hours to contact us and cancel your order. With the exception of damages that occur as a result of shipping, we maintain a no-refund policy because these are one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be restocked or resold.

Currently, we do not fulfill international orders.

No, the Oaka Morii gift cards will never expire and can be used to purchase any product in the store.
